About Lynette

 

Lynette Carson is a Suzuki Music Educator. She is a NZSI Registered Suzuki Violin Teacher and NZSI Registered Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) Teacher, based in Lower Hutt, New Zealand.

I have been teaching since 1997, and currently teach Suzuki Violin, Musical Tots Suzuki Baby & Toddler Music, Pre-Twinkle Tots Pre-School Music & Music Theory from my studio in Belmont, Lower Hutt.

In addition to this I offer Suzuki Group Lessons for my students taking private tuition.

I grew up in Lower Hutt and started to learn violin when I was about 10 years old via the traditional method.

​

I stumbled across the Suzuki Method, purely by chance, and after researching it further, loved the philosophy and decided to train as a Suzuki Violin Teacher with the New Zealand Suzuki Institute (NZSI).

​

I have completed my Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) Stage Three Training, and really love the ideals and philosophy behind nurturing the whole child from before birth.
